Цесарка и яйца цесарки. Это самая вкусная птица из всех, что я пробовала. И яйца несравнимо вкуснее всех других. Но, к сожалению, ждет полное разочарование, если приготовить вот эту конкретную птицу так, как пишут в интернете, в том числе уважаемые источники. Получится не то что невкусно, а просто несъедобно. А попробовав яйца цесарки в феврале, можно решить, что ничего особенного в них нет, только стоят дороже и размер меньше. А это не так, просто в феврале цесарки не несутся и яиц их в продаже быть не может. У меня просто какие-то нереальные объемы накопившейся информации обо всем. Но чем больше хочу написать, тем меньше и реже пишу. Ну кому нужны эти цесарки с их яйцами и всё остальное? Кто-то будет их готовить? Скорее всего нет. Или я ошибаюсь? #волгоград в poundmeat (Фунт мяса, Дзержинский район) дают курдюк по 80 руб. за кг, сырой ничем специфическим не пахнет, я его засолила сырым, через несколько дней будем посмотреть что вышло:) Свиную грудинку по 250, запекла и запанировала в специях, говорят отличное сало вышло, очень вкусно. Мозговые и другие кости для бульона по 30 руб. за кг, сварила холодец, добавив голяшку. Говяжья вырезка 950 руб., не берите, жесткая, как и филей говяжий (без кости) по 575. А толстый край по 450 отличный и голяшка по 320 хорошая. Голяшка баранья зачищенная (очень красивая) по 345. Это не реклама, просто растеряла всех своих поставщиков фермерского всего, но ничего, там говорят тоже фермерское местное и дешевле.

Two Pound Cheese Stuffed Meat Pie with a Bacon Basket Weave This is so easy and delicious!!! I pressed 1 lb. of ground beef in a cast iron skillet... seasoned the meat... layered cheese... pressed in another lb. of ground beef... seasoned again... added more cheese... then placed the bacon weave over the entire thing. Baked at 375* for 40 minutes. It came out great, but next time I’ll cook it at 400* for 30 minutes. I’d prefer the meat not be as well done. Well... it’s official. I’m either a freak of nature or the healing properties of the carnivore diet are insane! The photo on the left is a few days after I was in a horrible car accident and the photo on the right was 7 months following the accident. I am not wearing any makeup so as to keep this 100% real with you guys. I was so worried my face was going to be left badly scarred up but I have healed tremendously well. If you look very closely you will find a faint scar in my eyebrow and forehead but most people would never notice has anyone else got any sidebyside healing pics while following this way of eating or any stories they would like to share #meatheals
