CANELONES Ingredientes: Harina Zeropro, 50 gr Sustituto de huevo Nuproba, ¼ cucharadita Agua, 180 CC Acelga, 2 hojas Aceite, 1 cucharada Sal, 1 cucharadita *Para el relleno, cebollita de verdeo, repollo, Burger mix 30 gr, *Puré de tomate + cebolla picada + sustituto de queso Paso a paso: Para el relleno, cocinar la cebollita con el repollo picado y agregar el Burger mix y 3 cdas de agua, condimentar y reservar. Cocinar la acelga en agua hirviendo. Procesar la acelga con el aceite y el agua. Mezclar batiendo la harina con la mezcla de acelga. En una sartén de teflón colocar 1/3 de la mezcla, dejar cocinar x 1 minuto. Agregar el relleno en uno de los costados y enrollar, dejar cocinar Repetir hasta realizar 3 canelones. Agregar a la sartén cebollita de verdeo y salsa de tomate. Colocar la salsa por encima de los canelones y espolvorear sustituto de queso. We had an appointment at our clinic in London today. Thankfully everything is good with our little one and no changes needed to her diet or her supplements which was excellent. Quick dinner tonight - veggie soup with rice. • • 80 g low protein rice - 1 carrot - 1 shallot - 1 garlic - 1/4 courgette - 1 spring onion - Stock cube - herbs - salt and pepper. • • Chop veggies. Fry garlic and onions, then add carrots for few minutes. Add herbs. I used dill tips. Then salt n pepper. Add rice and stir. Then add about 300-400 g water and boil until rice is cooked. Add courgettes, spring onion and Stock cube and let simmer for few minutes. Add water as needed.
