Ninja Laura Rose was able to do this with coffee in her hand so I figured why not try it with an adult beverage of my own (I don’t often drink but when I do, I do yoga lol ♂️). Added in some fun crossover sequences but the primary challenge is to cross legs, go to seated, and come back up!! Give it a go - you’ll do great .
