Let’s talk about change and consistency today. As much as I love to experiment with new things and as much as I love to keep changing certain thought processes, I thrive to be consistent. It’s usually the other way around. . . Change comes naturally to me. Consistency is an effort. In the past I have often mentioned my love to go with the gut feeling inspite of some analytics. They have been successful. They have been worth the risk! Yes, we ensured a prudent course of action to make it successful. . . But the key to everything is in the mundane. Is in the routine. The key to the success of an idea, a thought process, a working style, an approach, is in its consistency. Change will happen. It’s inevitable. But in the midst of change you should keep a part of yourself and your thought process consistent. That’s an effort. It’s not easy. But it’s important. . .
