“Just like the seasons people have the ability to change” I know it’s a cliche quote but I feel like someone out there needs this message right now It’s easy to feel stuck in life due to fear, so we become conent with what we know and the direction we are going.
To remain the same is perceived as safe, but is it Not following your heart and changing when necessary leads to suppression of your subconscious thoughts and true self.
Suppress, suppress, suppress, Then one day, you crack, and your whole life implodes around you in a catastrophic break down. Now either your job, relationship, family, friends or all of the above begin to break down because it was all built on shaky foundations of dishonesty towards yourself.
Im not saying everyone has to change, I’m not saying everyone will have a break down, but there are some of you out there just like me who could feel it coming.
Deep down inside you know the life you are living is not being true to yourself. So this message is for you.
Just like the seasons, change can be brutal, winter comes around and you can feel the darkness and fear take over, but know this is just a transition phase as spring is just over the horizon.
Without this dark period you could never flourish into the shinning light that is your true beautiful self ✨ So I leave you with another cliche quote…

by: @chadinarkansas The Gorge. Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. The Columbia River Gorge is one of my favorite places in Oregon. The hiking trails are amazing. Unbelievably beautiful waterfalls. I could go on and on. There aren't a lot of places that you can see 600 ft waterfalls without getting out of your car. Sometimes it is cool to fly though. This video was shot after a storm drifted through the valley. Some of the smaller waterfalls were created by the rain from the passing storm. I'm not entirely sure the names of the larger ones. Enjoy!
