This project is moving like lightening (well, after the 5 months it took to get permits from the county ‍♀️). This is going to be a brand new, modern, beautiful co-working space for real estate brokers and others who work from home and just need an excuse to put pants on! Most of the framing is done and the metal roof will be on by early next week. I’m giddy about this renovation! It fills my soul with joy to think about every square inch of this building and to select each design element and finish. I’m so thankful to the investors who are one-hundred percent entrusting me with bringing this thing to life. I can’t pick just one thing!!
