NO BAKE DARK CHOCOLATE PRETZEL BARS✨ . As you guys know I LOVE @uniquepretzels and so does my work. We eat them ALL the time, if we don’t have a bag on hand then it’s a bad day for the office I’ve been wanting to try and make some sort of pretzel bars so I was recipe testing over the weekend. This isn’t exactly what I had in mind but they came out too good not to share! If you like sweet and salty things than these are a must try . Dark Chocolate Pretzel Bars - 20 @uniquepretzels extra dark splits pretzels (about 3/4 of a bag) - 2 tbs flax meal - 1 tbs almond flour - 1/4 cup + 2 tbs pure maple syrup - 2 tbs melted coconut oil - 1/2 tbs water - 1/2 cup melted @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips Toppings: I used PB and Sea Salt but you can go crazy here! Add the pretzels to your food processor and process until roughly ground. Pour pretzels into a bowl and stir in the flax meal and almond flour. Then mix in your maple syrup, coconut oil, and water. Once that’s mixed together it will be slightly clumpy. Using a spoon, stir in the melted chocolate. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press your mixture into the dish, spreading it across evenly (i used an 8x8 baking pan. Freeze for 20 minutes and add your toppings, I used peanut butter and sea salt! Store extras in the fridge or freezer. Total time: 40 min
