Sometimes all you have to do is show up. . When I first got into the sport of Bodybuilding I remember thinking that if I worked hard enough I could achieve almost anything. Back then I defined hard work by how much weight I could lift and how many reps I could do. All I thought about was pushing and crushing it in the gym. . Fast forward till today, I still believe you could achieve almost anything as long as you put in the work. Now, however, I know that hard work is so much more than just the amount of weight you can lift. Hard work is consistency. Being consistent with your diet, being consistent with your sleep, and (of course) being consistent with your training. The hardest part of Bodybuilding is being consistent.
