I'm not a big fan of smoothies, because I prefer "chewing" my foods. But when I do make smoothies, I make sure they are super thick like #nicecream so I can suck/"chew" it in my mouth before swallowing. I find it much more satisfying ✨ frozen bananas + frozen mango chunks + medjool dates + baby spinach + pure vanilla bean powder

Simplicity I much prefer meals with only 1-5 ingredients. Did you know that is actually BETTER for you? Yes! "Believe it or not, but the simpler you eat the healthier you'll be. This statement drives nutritional scientists nuts. That is because the focus has been on deficiencies, leading to the high dosages of amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Mega dosing like this can make some symptoms disappear, but they will only reappear when these supplements are stopped. This is not true regeneration or healing, but treating symptoms while ignoring the causes. It is not the high level of nutrients consumed that is the key. It is the power and syner-gistic action of ripe, raw, whole food. The power of raw food to clean and rebuild the physical body is little understood in our pharmaceutical scientific communities." -- Dr. Robert Morse

Vital light energy from the sun finds its way into the body from the foods we eat, this energy is known as biophotonic energy. Cooking destroys biophotonic energy, enzymes and some minerals found in raw foods. Adding more raw foods to your diet is necessary for optimal health. A good rule of thumb is to consume 60%-80% raw foods, limiting cooked food intake to one meal a day, preferably dinner. To increase raw food intake add loads of fruits, smoothies, green juices, green smoothies, salads, nuts, seeds and sprouts to your diet. Remember fruits and leafy greens should be your staple foods in any healthy diet. Adding the four items (Juicer, Blender, Food Processor & Dehydrator) above to your kitchen can make a huge difference in health. ...

This lunch meal was AAAamazing plums (white flesh & red flesh) + apricots + kiwis Fruit sugar is not the problem EVER-simple sugars are what our brain thrives on and uses as primary fuel (contrary to popular belief) fruit is not just “sugar”, it is also packed with amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants, phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals, and the most perfect structured water for cellular hydration, NOTHING BEATS fruit.
The fructose in fruit is what drives the water molecules into the cells and brings true hydration. Fruit cleanses the body and in particular the lymphatic system; it deeply nourishes the nervous system and brain. A high fruit diet is the best way to regenerate and heal your body.✨ Fruit does not spike insulin when consumed correctly and it is actually used in the treatment of diabetes!
Sugar isn’t the real culprit with diabetes; the culprit is FAT. Sugar simply reveals the problem, like a messenger. Take the sugar away—put someone on a high-fat, low-carb diet—and the problem will seem to minimize or even go away. Blood sugar will seem to stabilize. Will it really stabilize? On paper, yes. Internally, no. Eliminating sugars merely hides a sick liver. And if you’re not fixing a sick liver, then you’re not fixing the root of the problem so you won’t be able to prevent a blood sugar condition from worsening down the road. Any natural diet or supplement regimen that seems to show results for diabetics or type 2 diabetics only does so indirectly by taking away the messenger, sugar, and unknowingly helping out the liver with some vegetables, nutrients, and practices like exercise.
We should be able to opt for all fruits in our diets, even when we’re diabetic. In the end, it’s these natural sugars that will truly heal and reverse a liver condition so you don’t have type 2 diabetes (or prediabetes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or insulin resistance) anymore.
Eat an abundance of fruit and reduce your dietary fat intake. Lowering fats means you can allow healthy sugars and carbohydrates back into your diet without causing blood sugar instability and insulin resistance.
