We had an amazing time learning and unlearning, receiving and releasing, at Lagitan’s self-healing workshop.  From shamanic shaking, embryonic breathing, and journeying to our personal star to heal Mother Earth, it was truly an experience to behold.  Maraming salamat to Mamerto Lagitan Tindongan for his presence, power, and knowledge to help those who were meant to be present at this workshop in their self-healing journeys. _ Laughter and song under the stars was part two of our healing workshop, followed by delicious food and more spirit medicine from the creatures and plants of our land. “The workshop after the workshop” (which almost always happens at our events) was so much fun! We danced by the light of our fire, looking to the setting crescent moon offering guava and cannabis to the Spirits of the Land and to our ancestors in gratitude for their continuous support and wisdom.  We drummed, danced, sang, and connected with maganja plant medicine, sharing visions and personal truths with one another.✨ _ Many thanks to Gary @gehr_e Nicanor @kulturafilms, and Diyan @bukobomba for helping to create the altar and space for this container of ceremony.  We were blessed by the beauty of the altar to welcome our ancestors to assist and be a part of their descendants’ healing. _ Daghang salamat to Rica @diwata.soul.wellness for your nutritious food offerings for all of us to partake in, especially after all the work we did. What needs to be released? Today is the Full Moon a great time for a fire ceremony . “This is an intense full moon pushing us through our own birth canal into new truth, choice and action. It is an important time to complete and put to rest anything that stands in the way of moving forward Take the time around this full moon to declutter and continue any projects that are in process of being completed. The less you procrastinate the better. The less you worry about how others may judge you, the better. The less you blame others “out there” for the state of things, the better. Stay in your own lane this weekend and try not to get rattled, overwhelmed and irritated.
