1. improving your range of motion and flexibility.
2. The muscles are tighten as we age, decreasing the range of motion and hence, increasing the chances of soft tissue tear.
Therefore,stretching is very vital for the overall development of our muscles and tissues .
3. When the range of motion is improved, less energy is required by your body to make regular movements with your body.
4. When the range of motion is bigger, your movement looks bigger and longer (not like when your muscles are short and tight). Flexibility actually helps in fluid motion!
5. Stretching on a weekly basis will make your joints flexible and thus, will decrease the chances of getting injured during different fitness workouts or any kind of simple activity.
