I’ve missed jelly sweets so much I literally used to inhale a big bag of haribo they’re so easy to make I used: 1 sachet of @hartleysfruit sugar free jelly crystals 1.5 1 sachet of gelatine free >>>> swipe to see packaging Then I just mixed it all together in a measuring jug with 140ml boiling water until it’s all dissolved then pour it into your mould (I got mine from eBay for like 2 quid) Leave to cool for abit then just shove them in the fridge. I left mine overnight but I checked them after an hour or so and you could definitely get away with eating them They’re so nice and soft aswell I’m always so disappointed when I get a bag of sweets and they’re all gammy and hard! #motivationmonday ⠀⠀ ⠀ My motivation is to keep working out & feeling better in my clothes I'm keeping an eye on the scales as I don't want to go over a certain weigjt & still sharing gains/losses but I'm more into fitness than I ever have been & actually sticking to workouts so I'm focusing on exercise more than the scales now ⠀⠀ I'm nearly popping out a size 14 jeans on the left but in a size 12 perfectly on the right. At the time I didn’t let them bother me but looking back they really hindered the trip. Having to pass on rides, having to have regular sit downs because I was so out of breath, having to wear leggings under maxi dresses because my legs rubbed together so bad I was a walking fire hazard! I’ve blind weighed throughout April. I found I was getting obsessed with the number on the scales, and beating myself up for not getting what I thought I should etc. So I took away the number and focussed on the good things happening to my body shape, fitness levels and overall mood. And it’s worked! I’ve lost 11.5lbs in April. And got my 3 STONE AWARD I’m beyond chuffed. But looking forward to getting back to normal and weighing each week.
