Batch cooked today to safeguard myself for the week as I’m cooking for one I made a 6-portion bolognese bake - 0 syns and HExA per slice. Bolognese made with tinned tomatoes, passata, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, celery, carrot, green pepper, garlic, mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce and beef mince. This was then mixed with white cabbage and wholemeal pasta, topped with reduced fat mature cheddar and baked.
