Quick Cheesy Garlic Bread
.
1 bread loaf approx 30cm/12" long
100 g / 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves , minced (~ 3 tsp)
2 - 2.5 cups (200 - 250g) mozzarella cheese, grated
Parsley , for sprinkling (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 160C/320F.
2. Mix butter with garlic and salt.
3. Cut bread in half horizontally.
4. Drizzle with garlic butter all over - don't miss any patches!
5. Bake 20 minutes until bread is crispy on the edges.
6. Crank oven up to 200C/390F. Top with cheese, bake 7 - 10 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Sprinkle with parsley if using, cut bread into pieces. Serve immediately as a side for meals, dunking in soups and stews! .

La #ricetta per un goloso crème caramel ❤
INGREDIENTI ❤: ✅4 uova
✅250 ml di Latte
✅150g di zucchero
✅4 cucchiaini di zucchero ✅3 cucchiaini di acqua
PREPARAZIONE:
1.In una padella aggiungi zucchero e acqua fino a bollore. Poi versa in una teglia circolare.
2.Poi unisci latte e zucchero in un blender e aggiungi le uova. Mescola!
3.Mettere una pentola grande sul fuoco e versare dell'acqua bollente.
4.Posizionate un vassoio per la cottura a vapore nella pentola e mettete sopra il vassoio circolare.
5.Cuoci per 30 minuti, e prova con uno stuzzicadenti che sia cotto.
6.Lascia riposare in frigo per un'ora.

Ингредиенты
220-230 гр. овсяной муки.
2 ст.л. мёда (или стевия 1/4 ч.л)
150 гр. чернослива.
50 гр. орехов (можно без). 250-280 мл. крепкого кофе.
1 ч.л. соды.
Приготовление
Орехи + чернослив в блендер.
Смешать все сухие ингредиенты и добавить чернослив с орехами. ✔ Влить кофе и замешать тесто (по консистенции - очень густая сметана). Перелить в форму и отправить в духовку при 180 градусах на 50 минут.
Украсить по желанию.

CRUNCHY Oven Baked Parmesan Tenders .
INGREDIENTS
Breadcrumb
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Olive oil spray
½ cup grated parmesan cheese, store bought
Batter:
1 egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1½ tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp plain flour
½ tsp salt and pepper
Chicken:
500g/1lb chicken tenderloins (or chicken breast cut into ⅔" / 1.5cm thick slices, lengthwise)
Oil spray .
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 200C/350F.
2. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a baking tray. Spray lightly with oil. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until LIGHT golden. Scrape into a bowl, add parmesan.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Batter ingredients with a fork. Add chicken and mix to coat.
4. Use tongs to pick up chicken, place in breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, press to adhere. Transfer to baking tray (preferably with rack). Repeat with remaining chicken. Spray lightly with oil directly from overhead (not from side, will blow crumbs away!). 5. Bake for 15 minutes for small tenders, 18 minutes for large ones. No longer than 20 minutes, otherwise they will begin to lose juiciness.
8. Serve immediately! Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce: Mix together 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, 1 - 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Hot Fudge Cheesecake Bars
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRUST
24 Oreos, crushed
6 tbsp. butter, melted
Pinch kosher salt
FOR THE CHEESECAKE
2 (8-oz) cream cheese bars, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 c. hot fudge sauce, plus more for garnish
1/2 c. chopped Oreos, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325° and grease an 8"-x-8” pan with cooking spray. Make crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos with butter and salt and mix until combined. Press tightly into prepared pan.
Make filling: In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and salt and beat until combined. Fold in hot fudge sauce. Pour mixture over crust.
Bake until only slightly jiggly, about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate until firm, 3 hours, or up to overnight.
Drizzle with more hot fudge and sprinkle with Oreos. Slice into bars and serve.
