Here are 7 steps to use from today on to increase your testosterone levels in a natural way.

1. Sleep – get 7-9 hours of sleep. For good sleep quality, avoid using electronic devices one hour before bed.

2. Reduce stress – Use *decompression* time to reduce stress and give yourself a break. Book 2 daily slots of 10min each and go outside for walk (in the nature).

3. Lose weight – Being overweight lowers testosterone levels. One study reported that some obese males between the ages of 14 and 20 have up to 50 percent less testosterone than those who are not overweight. I called other men pussies for not adhering to this culture, I said things like "vegetarian is an Indian word for bad hunter" I drank milk straight from the jug and tried to drink a gallon a day..... and now I don't. Why? because numbers and because science and because morality. And before you think I'm getting judgy, I'm not. Remember I was the epitome of a tough guy, but then I questioned it, and there isn't any harm in questioning. If you find that it's all bullshit, well such is life I suppose. But if you find that I'm on to something, even if it feels uncomfortable, then you should face the truth, it sucks, it's life disrupting, it goes against the grain. but look into it please. Switching to a plant based diet is the single GREATEST thing you can do for the following;
1. save the earth (is it manly to give a shit about the earth, to leave something that isn't a scorched earth to your kids)
2. save your health (is heart disease, cancer and erectile dysfunction manly)
3. save 56 billion animals a year from cruel deaths (a large portion are factory farmed, is it manly to ignore that fact)

2. Vous êtes-vous déjà senti épuisé après avoir ressenti de fortes émotions négatives - comme la peur, la colère, la frustration, etc.? C'est parce que c'était un stress important. Mais même un peu de stress prend un peu de votre énergie alors ZEN RESTONS ZEN

3. Plus vous pesez, plus vous avez besoin d'énergie. Si vous êtes en surpoids de 10 kg, imaginez la quantité d'énergie dont vous avez besoin pour transporter un sac supplémentaire de 10 kg avec vous chaque jour.

4. Le café ☕️ Vous en consommez car vous vous sentez fatigués puis vous rajoutez un sucre et encore un sucre ♂️alors STOP !
