What’s makes a “good hike”? It can be as easy as an evening stroll on your neighborhood trail, beverage in hand and someone to chat with. Or a morning run to energize the soul before you start the work day. For me, it’s removing the presence of the digital world for a few minutes of my day. Whatever it is for you, I challenge y’all to get out and do it more. It’s so easy to sit and watch Netflix or swipe around all day on your phone.
