It's been a busy week and weekend so glad it's a new week now! I was at a three week stall but I broke it Friday, down 3 more pounds for a total of 54.8 lbs. 69 days post OP. I've been using my @patchmd patches and utilizing my @questnutrition bars. It took me 69 days to get on a solid meal plan and I'm more than happy about it. Still at 55 oz a day but creeping up to 64 is getting easier! I'm actually wearing clothes I stopped wearing two years ago along wiiiith the clothes I was wearing three months ago (with a belt) but mixing and matching is so fun for me. I feel like I have a brand new wardrobe. Anyways, #makeyourbed
