yeah I admit it, I kinda get jealous of myself for eating this good The brunch at @petitefrancekungsholmen is absolutley phenomenal, you can tell just walking by that it is, because it was really cramped. The atmosphere is totally French, it’s busy, it’s compact, it’s delicious. We got ourselves the owners choice of brunch dishes. The croque madame was my clear favorite, the grilled sandwich was perfectly oozing with melted comté cheese - together with the creamy egg yolk on top I found my self in heaven. You could tell that the eggs used in all dishes were bio friendly, because the yolks were shining ever so brightly. For desserts we had the bombastic Belgian waffle (good to share) the price reflected the size pretty well (85SEK). The cherry of this brunch was the fried folded thin pancakes with vanilla ice cream. I can’t even imagine what surgical procedure it is to maintain the ice cream inside and then also fry it. Considering the quality French produce that is used and the location, I was surprised to find the prices very reasonable. What a brunch gem! #sthlmcafeswithnorrskenet
