3,800-4,000kcal/day for the past 7 weeks, staying around 166-168lbs right now. I’ll be starting a 4 week caloric deficit August 3rd with the intention of increasing nutrient sensitivity and mitigating fat gain to prepare for the next increase in calories. I’ll then be pushing calories again come September 1st for at least 12-16 weeks. Interested to see how a non-linear approach to gaining will work for me.
