43125 LOOM WOVEN DOWN CHAMBERS STRETCH NYLON-TC
Hooded jacket in a light stretch nylon that, with a special weaving technique, automatically creates from the loom the compartments where the feather padding is then injected. The seams are thus avoided, with the advantage of substantially increasing the hold of the feather inside the chambers.
The finished garment is padded with direct injection with the finest feathers, specifically treated to resist garment dyeing. The fabric and accessories on the garment, including the zip, are engineered to respond to the dyeing process.

914P1 STONE ISLAND/PORTER ® MAN MADE SUEDE_GARMENT DYED
The textile research and experimentation of Stone Island join forces with Porter, the heritage Japanese bags and accessories brand.
Backpack in Man Made Suede-TC, a non-woven fabric, made with nylon microfibres and polyurethane resins, engineered through a complex industrial process leading to a mattress of 22 hyper thin microfiber layers, with the help of a polyethylene component. The material is then impregnated with resins and coagulated. The result is a substrate which is lightened through washes dissolving the polyethylene component. The material is then treated to achieve the final suede aspect. The finished backpack, made in Japan by Porter ®, is dyed by Stone Island in Italy with the specific textile dyeing and ennobling technology recently engineered by #StoneIsland.
Big laser print of the Stone Island Compass logo, made on the finished product.
