Thankful Thursday! And view from my “office” today!!! What would happen if you had to stop working today for any reason (laid off, dispute, family problems, personal illness/accident, pregnancy, health complications, etc.) what would you do? . I can’t express enough how thankful I am to saying yes and jumping into an opportunity that I did almost a year ago. Just went for it. Because seriously what’s the worst that could happen? I don’t like it and quit. Okay. But I can’t express how I feel today for making that decision last year. Knowing that I can work from home, have residual income that I started building from last year and continue to work has taken such a weight off of me. I did NOT get plan to go into preterm labor and have to be on bedrest meaning I cannot “work” at my regular day job. My regular job isn’t going to continue to pay me for being on bedrest or having complications either. If I didn’t have this business backing me up let’s just say I’d be screwed right now!!! . Knowing what I’ve built and continue to build has been such a weight off my shoulders and my finances! . And I’m not saying it has been easy. It hasn’t. Most people give up in network marketing before 6 months because it isn’t easy and it’s WORK! Maybe you tried it and had poor leadership or were taught a nasty way to promote. Or maybe you just had a product that didn’t do much for others and hit constant road blocks. But let me tell you, having a product that actually works and helps people, having the right mentor (I’ve become an awesome one ), having the right team, having the right company, and having the right work ethic will take you far. YOU just have to WORK for it!! . I’m not selling a dream. I’m teaching and showing people what it’s like to have freedom and financial stress off their shoulders! And I’m DAMN PROUD of it and DAMN PROUD to be a network marketer ♥️♥️♥️

I love pineapples & I love donuts so I had a pineapple donut ⁣ ⁣ “OMG, how can you eat that & look like that?”⁣ “If I ate that, I’d put on 5 lbs.”⁣ “Carbs & sugar are bad for you so I can’t have that”⁣ ⁣ You know how many times I hear things like that?  All the damn time & it drives me INSANE.  The diet culture that has been created & pushed onto consumers is filled with so much BS.  Information provided through ads/magazine/celebrities/etc. is misconstrued & meant to benefit THEM & THEIR business/product.  Stop believing every damn thing you see on the internet or hear on TV & do your own research.  INFORM yourself with REAL research & REAL life situations in order to form your own thoughts/beliefs.⁣ ⁣ CARBS & SUGAR DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT.  EATING MORE CALORIES THAN YOUR BODY BURNS IS WHAT MAKES YOU FAT.⁣ ⁣ Yes, if you eat multiple donuts it very well may put you in a caloric surplus but you could also eat a bunch of rice and vegetables and fruit & that very well could put you in a caloric surplus as well. Yes, vegetables, fruit, & rice contain more nutrients compared to a donut but the point is both of them could put you in a caloric surplus depending on how much is consumed.  This is why I stress MODERATION.⁣ ⁣ IMO a diet should never make you cut out a complete macronutrient or tell you that you can’t have certain things (unless for medical/health issues). Choose a diet that you can see yourself sticking to.  If you can’t stick to something, you’ll never see the results you want.  This is why I follow flexible dieting & enjoyed TF out of this pineapple donut 12/10
