I have heard several times women saying they don’t want to lift weights because they will look like men. Those words hurt my ears because they are so misinformed and are “ blocking their blessings”. So let’s clear up this myth today

Ladies!, lifting heavy weights will not suddenly turn you in Ulisses or The Rock or Ronnie Coleman. It won’t deepen your voice and have you sounding like Morgan Freeman. Most importantly it won’t suddenly make you grow a pair. These are all myths.
.
So many women do themselves a disservice by not lifting heavy weights and just sticking to cardio machines. And when they do lift they stick to the lighter weights or get too intimidated. The hormones that allows men to grow muscles and obtain massive physique is testosterones and women simply do not product that much testosterone to cause them to look like men.
Food is another factor as generally women won’t eat as much as men to cause that much muscles growth. I encourage you to research this more!

In summary ladies, to get that sexy figure you want or to improve your curves don’t be afraid to lift those heavy weights. You WONT look like a man!♀️♀️♀️

Lifting weights does not make women look manly or bulky.
Women now, more than ever are using weights as part of their normal workout and why?
Because women want to be strong, not skinny.
Weights will build muscle but because of lower levels of testosterone, it is harder for a woman to add large amounts of muscle mass.

We do not have to spend hours on the treadmill in order to burn fat. Short and high intense bouts of exercise (weight training or HIIT training such as battle ropes!) will also boost fat loss, actually increasing the expenditure during a workout as well as later on in the day. A proper fitness program should incorporate both aspects. Everything in moderation goes for fitness too!
