hair update. after 4 loooong days of filming we only had to use heat on about 4 pieces of my bangs on the last day . the rest was maintained by pineappling (is that a word lol) at night and using flexi rods around the perimeter. clip-ins were used to add length. (No clip ins in this pic). definitely being more careful this go-round that my hair doesn't suffer at the expense of my work. #naturalhair #hairnistachronicles

#LengthCheck...I've been taking @themanechoice since the end of August & I'm at the end of my 3rd bottle and one more to go! The pic on the right is blown out (not flat ironed)...home alone so this pic will have to do lol. I've been protective styling for the last 6 weeks and no flat ironing. My goal is to continue w/ minimal heat for the next 6 mos. My shedding has decreased dramatically...the goal now is retention and growing out and gradually trimming my heat damaged areas on the top.
