Health is wealth✨ It’s a very common misconception that eating plant based is expensive, but you’d be surprised just how affordable it really is!

Sure, if you choose to purchase a lot of ‘vegan’ products like plant based cheese, yoghurts, meats and superfoods it’s gonna get very pricey real quick.
But the most wholesome and nutritious staple foods for plant based diets also happen to be the cheapest foods on the planet, no matter where you live Think oats, whole grains, legumes, potatoes and fresh, seasonal (or frozen!) fruit and vegetables
Plus health truly IS wealth and you are investing in your vitality, wellbeing and longevity by choosing to buy nourishing whole foods
.
And for those of you curious, the benefits of eating more fruit + veg far outweighs any possible negatives from eating non-organic produce. So I recommend buying organic when you can for the environmental benefits, but don’t stress about it if that isn’t a sustainable and affordable option for you. Most of the time, I buy conventional produce just because it’s all that’s available here in my small town .

Additionally, if you buy in bulk or visit your local Farmer’s Markets you save even more

Body positivity itself, can feel like pressure sometimes. .
We NEED to spread a message which helps society see past the physical self as a worth determining mechanism.

But it can be easy to make body positivity look “fun”, just posting a picture of our “insecurities”, dancing in our underwear... and boom, they vanish? It’s ok if your not feeling that way.
.
This leads to pressure to banish insecurities, just love our body as is, it looks like such a “happy destination”, how can you get there, why is it so hard? Then when we want to actually change something, when we really and truly have an insecurity, we become even more upset because it’s too difficult too see past that and adopt a body positive mindset. Then we compare to those who can.

Firstly, quit comparing.
.
There are some damn messed up ideals of perfection in the world, we need this body positive message. .
But we don’t need added pressure to become suddenly in awe of our bodies and love it as it is, the human mind doesn’t work that way.
.
So I just wanted you to know that hey, if you are struggling to love your current self, that’s ok. Don’t put pressure on yourself to do so. If there is something you are insecure about, that’s ok. Let’s just work to try and see past that, see what really matters. In time - we’ll reduce that insecurity some how.
.
Maybe this WILL be by working out or starting the gym programme, maybe it will be a big dietary changes, or maybe it will be because you could adapt a body positive mindset. .
Whatever you allow yourself to feel about your body this weekend, just embrace it. Accept it. And try your best to think positive - life’s too short to feel so much pressure to be a certain way, body OR mind.

Between the madness of the last few weeks I was starting to feel insecure about many little things, I’m human too. I took some time this morning, to embrace them, switch my thoughts around, and continue to try adapt a positive self image ❤️

Then I put in my big girl kicks and I’m ready for teaching a killer class today, moves based on being FEARLESS @fearless.moves ❤️ HOW IDEAL?

(I know you didn’t see that coming) you need to chew at least 20times or until your food gets liquid, to help our digestive system absorb all the nutrients, eat in calm, enjoy your food, you’ll have a better digestion, you’ll feel lighter and satisfied after, just with this little change enjoy your weekend❤️ .
