Sometimes I get random cravings to make things. This time it was focaccia bread. I love bread so much and I found a one hour rosemary focaccia bread from @flavorthemoments I added in some cherry tomatoes for extra freshness and just wow!! So fluffy, so fresh, so delicious! I literally fought my dad to use our two overripe bananas this morning. You gotta battle for the things in life you really want... anyways... I’M GLAD I WON because this bread was AmaaaZiNGgggg. I was scrolling through some recipes this morning and was a little disappointed. I didn’t have half the ingredients or the recipes weren’t exactly what I wanted to make.. and then I was like, what the heck my intuition will guide me. Better for you bread recipe⁣⁣✨ ⁣⁣⁣ Ever looked at the ingredients in a loaf of bread before making yourself a sandwich? ⁣⁣⁣ Yeah... maybe you should go do that. And make sure you take note of all of the ingredients that aren’t actually food, like all the preservatives and chemicals that your body does not need ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Then just for the fun of it, why not make this recipe? It doesn’t taste the same as normal bread obviously but it’s still pretty damn good, and it’s only like a million times better for you. ⁣⁣⁣ Alls you gotta do is mix up the dry and whisk the wet, put em together then into a tin, sprinkle some aesthetic shit on top and stick it in the oven for halfa ⁣⁣(or until a toothpick comes out clean). ⁣ Dry: ⁣⁣⁣ • 1 cup coconut flour ⁣⁣⁣ • 2/3 cup flax meal ⁣⁣⁣ • 2/4 tapioca flour ⁣⁣⁣ • 4tsp baking powder ⁣⁣⁣ • A big handful of chopped sunflower seeds and pepitas⁣⁣⁣ • salt n pepper ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Wet:⁣⁣⁣ • 7-8 eggs ⁣⁣⁣ • 2/3 cup coconut milk (not the canned one)⁣⁣⁣ • 1 cup of oil, I used both coconut and olive oil cause I ran out of coconut

Ummm, can you see the steam coming out of this grain-free loaf? . I usually try to make most things from scratch but when I can’t, the artisan bread mix by @simplemills is my saving grace. I simply added poppyseeds for some crunch but the sky is the limit here with this mix. No affil. I just ❤️it that much
