Lately I have fallen out of routine with my training, eating and general well being mainly due to my shins splints and uni exams. BUT i’m over not being motivated, feeling down and feeling gross, not being full of energy, and not being happy and excited about life, SO it’s time to #bebothered and get back on track!! I’m going to focus on my spiritual, physical and mental health by ensuring I spend time with God everyday, sticking to my training routine, sticking to my healthy eating plan, going to bed at a good time, spending less time on my phone, looking after my skin, working on making a positive difference in other’s lives, and working on improving myself. Balancing all of these things with work, uni and socialising is going to be tricky, but i’m always up for a challenge!! and ensuring I have my priorities right will help with that!! if I find that my current routine isn’t working, then i’ll change it up and try to find one that does!!
