I had a chance to attend a Master Margarita mixing class with @liquicon and the fabulous @reecesims - we sampled some delicious @herradurateq tequila and we even got to make our own creations using @herradurateq silver tequila. check out the MaryinVancity Margarita! I used Herradura tequila, pineapple syrup, orange juice, a splash of soda and a touch of fresh jalapeño. Then I garnished it with pink Himalayan salt and a pineapple slice. So yummy. This spirit is so smooth and sampling the different ages of tequila was such a treat, and drinking of course is always better with friends. Am I right @magmei? The main idea is like the quote that I've taken from giffard homesite, is focus on flavour combination. Using Herradura Reposado which already rich in palate by itself, then strengthen the agave using Giffard Agave, mellowed down the acidity by subtituting lime with lemon, then enhance the complexity adding "not your regular" earl grey, cold brew nitro earl grey tea, and egg white to create a complex of combination all in one fluffy and creamy texture.
