Modification to the lifts and motor room to save space.
Alteration of water storage arrangements.
Modification to the outline of the south elevation of some of the units and omission of roof lights.
The scheme now comprises 74 flats in two blocks, health centre, public house and car park, 10 shops and workshops, community centre and pedestrian access ramp.'
