After a long time finally made myself a lasagna and this was the best one ever
.
This epic feast was totally decided last minute! I had lots of ricotta left over from making the Chicago deep dish pizza for Easter and I was thinking of what dish I wanted to make to use some of it A saucy, cheesy, and meaty lasagna sure was the answer! .
I made a meat sauce with honey Calabrian chicken sausage and passata. The filling was mozzarella, ricotta, and cream cheese. I loved the noodles from @botteganicastro that were so quick to cook! 3 epic layers and I baked it for 30 minutes to achieve that perfect golden crust on top ❣️ So so delicious and this really blew me away! I literally just made this up as I went and I can't get over how awesome it was! The only change I want to consider is the cheesiness in the layer, 'cause you can't have too much cheese

It’s important to mix up your diet and introduce different types of greens into it. Mainly because you won’t get bored, but also a great way to get different nutrients into your body. Next time you’re in an Asian grocery store, try these out. They’re some of my favorites! What’s your favorite Asian vegetable?
1. Napa Cabbage - Rich in antioxidants. The flavonoid content and large amounts of vitamin A and C. This is used to make kim chi. Can be eaten raw or cooked. It adds a hint of sweetness when you put them into stews or soups. Great base to make a slaw with!
2. Okra - Contains potassium, Vitamin B, vitamin C, folic acid and calcium. Originated from Africa but used in a lot of Asian cooking. I love eating this lightly steamed or in soups! The insides have seeds and is a bit slimy.
3. Bok Choy - vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta-carotene. I love to steam or stir fry them with garlic and ginger.
4. Chive Flowers - Contains Vitamin A, K and lots of antioxidants. It is quite garlicky in taste. Love to add this to egg cups and in stir frys.
5. Watercress - high in Vitamin K, high in antioxidants, and vitamin C. This is great steamed or even added to your noddle soup dishes!
6. Chinese celery - tastes just like regular celery except it’s got a lot more leaves! High in fiber which helps with digestion and has anti inflammatory properties. I use this is soups, stir frys, and in turkey patties!

thanks dear @jennynovembria Ini penampakan telur asin yg udah direndam selama 16 hari,sy lebih suka bikin telur asin sendiri krn tingkat keasinannya bisa sy atur sendiri,sengaja sy bikin cuma 16 hari aja krn klo kelamaan pasti keasinan (gmna ceritanya ya,bikin telur asin tapi kok takut asin ♀️) sebelum dibikin telur asin pastikan kondisi telur hrs dlm keadaan segar moms,agar tidak busuk pas dibikin telur asin,jadi klo misalkan mommies bikin telur asin tapi kok busuk itu artinya telur bebeknya yg tidak segar,sy shared resepnya hanya utk mommies yg rajin & sabar aja,klo ga sabaran ya bisa langsung beli telur asin di pasar .

TELUR ASIN REMPAH
BAHAN :
15 butir telur bebek segar,pastikan hrs segar
600 grm garam
1,3 liter air bersih
10 lembar daun salam
3 batang sereh uk besar (hrs uk besar ya) dimemarkan
10 cm lengkuas,dimemarkan
10 cm jahe,dimemarkan
8 siung bawang putih kating,dimemarkan
CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Cuci bersih telur,keringkan,lalu amplas semua kulit telur pelan2 agar pori2nya terbuka (pake amplas) lalu sisihkan.
Masak air bersama garam & juga rempah2nya hingga garam larut,dinginkan hingga benar2 sesuai dgn suhu ruang.
Susun telur dlm toples kaca (klo ga punya toples kaca pake panci kecil jg bisa)lalu tuangkan seluruh air garam perlahan ke atas telur,kemudian timpa dgn plastik yg diisi air,tujuannya agar telur terendam semua,tutup rapat lalu simpan di rak dapur,biarkan selama 2 atau 3 minggu,paling bagus 3 minggu,lalu angkat,telur bisa langsung direbus atau diolah.
