I really wish I would’ve taken a before because it was a “situation” 1” of level 3 regrowth, 2-3” of level 7/8 GOLD (from previous high-lift color), and the rest was level 9 and fragile. Here’s the FULL process. (1) There was SO much weave in there it took myself and my assistant, @hannah_casutt 1.5-2 hours to remove the tape ins ‍♀️ (2) Clarifying treatment with @malibucpro crystal gel and undo goo. (3) Stand Alone @olaplex Treatment. (4) Root retouch with @joico Lightener, @trionicshaircare Actuator, and Olaplex. (5) Processed with @le_balayagebag for 25 mins (6) Pulled through next 2-3” for 20 mins with LeBalayage bag (left out ends) (7) After rinsing, I pulled lightener through the ends for 5 mins at the bowl. (8) STOP oxidation with @malibucpro crystal gel. (9) Olaplex Stand Alone for 20 mins (10) Sealed with Shades EQ CLEAR mixed with Trionics No Lift for 10 mins. (**NO TONER or PRE TONER!!!!) (11) Used @keracolorhair In Platinum for 2-3 mins and rinsed. (12) Blow dried with @olaplex No 6 ONLY. (13) TOOK A BOW.... then took @pinkmedspa for tacos ✨Total time: 5-5.5 hours ✨Cost: If you have to ask, you can’t afford it . . FULL DISCLOSURE: My client said to me (after seeing how blonde we got her just from the lightener), “can we NOT tone it?!” I was like “ummmm....seriously?!” She WAS serious!!! I said, “fine, let’s just dry a little bit of it and see what we have”..... I’m pretty sure I was SPEECHLESS when it dried so damn beautiful. I’m not gonna lie, I shocked the hell out of my damn self!
