Looks like there may be some cloud cover for tomorrow’s meet up at Centennial Olympic Park. That MAY be a good thing. Let’s see what happens. Again, Centennial Olympic Park at 5:30am. Why so early? Well, you may want to see where the sun is going to rise, choose your subject and composition, try a few practice shots, then settle down for the main one. My advice on parking is to find a pay lot. Don’t be like me trying to be cheap on parking. You’re dealing with a guy who racked up about $1,500 in parking violations in NYC. Anyway, after the sunrise, we can probably get some cool shots of the downtown area, and then go home and sleep! If you have any issue in the morning, feel free to drop me a DM. I’ll give you my cell number and help you as best I can. I look forward to meeting many of you; finally be able to put a face to the IG account. Honestly, I love this spot because you really don’t have to worry about a bouncing bridge, the sun rises or sets almost in line with the street/subject, and the only people you’ll have to worry about are the friendly employees at Georgia Tech heading to the cars in the parking deck. I know I’m getting old, check this out. My daughter was in the back of the car reciting EVERY...SINGLE word of a Cardi B song (I know, I’ve failed as a father ), not ONE word missed (“clean” version, IF that’s what they call it).
