The plate that he got the first time was the smoked salmon wrap and it was RAW. He was not expecting a RAW salmon but a smoked salmon (cooked) he ended up eating it, however, if it was me I wouldn’t have because I don’t eat raw items, only (oysters) . If you look on the internet you will get both ways, Raw and Cooked Smoked Salmon, I feel for a wrap- I would like the cooked version because well, I find it weird for a wrap. Anyways, let’s talk about my experience. The service was good but slow, the place was empty when we go there and took about 25 minutes. However, I want to note in- that a whole 4 person table order over the phone and their food was ready when they arrived. For this plate I got mahi mahi fish, it was good with truffle fries that were really good but did not taste that truffled. I buy a truffle oil from @marshalls that is really good. ** So aren't truffles really just absurdly priced mushrooms? In a sense, yes. Truffles are a type of fungus that grows on the roots of trees like oaks and beeches, drawing nutrients from the tree and developing its musky flavor. In certain parts of the world truffles are cultivated in special fields, though for many purists they're still foraged in the wild, which is why you're going to be paying hundreds of dollars for something that most closely resembles a rock and kind of smells a little funky. I loved them so much that I took some home and had them for breakfast this morning. Sorullitos are made with corn and fried. In Puerto Rico they are served with Mayo Keychup but some people just eat them as is. I do not like mayokeychup that much so I rarely eat Sorullitos with any sauce. When you are in Aibonito make sure to get some either in an establishment that sells them fried or where they sell them frozen. They are delicious!! @sorullitos_mama_tona

English Today, my day started super bad, I woke up to the cry of a man outside looking for his dog and my husband’s hitting the container of coffee. Nothing, I said: I have to change my day- I bought this detox. It's from Citrus, it gave me acidity. Takes pretty good but I am weak for citrus in the morning. Anyway, July is here!

And we are back to food. This time I ate a Veggie plate from Flower and garden festival in Epcot. The plates are usually from 3-6 $ and they are a sample-appetizer size never a full meal type of plate let me tell you this plate was so fulfilling it could be a meal, it was $6 and well worth it!! I am so excited for this. This VEGGIE plate is fried cauliflower and capers, I forgot what was the sauce and because of the bread I don’t know if this plate could be vegan but definitely Vegetarian. This is the best I have bought in Epcot and you should go get one too.
