I have strange feelings about social media, relationships and acquaintances in general lately. I think quite some time about the feeling of competition. It's never motivated me more than a couple of hours. And honestly, I don't like this feeling. It is the thing that makes the life less happier and healthier. And indeed, the power of competition will never win the power of authentic intention. I would say when we concentrate on outside (try to compete someone) we're getting more and more anxious and unhealthy, and our inner power is growing thin. Too bad that people usually try to hide these negative emotions (yes, I believe that feeling competitive is the negativity of life) towards certain people by ignoring them and trying to not impact on their success (even worse than when someone tell you about own disaffection openly, tho also irrational). Lots of things can happen in the head but for now I'm aware and nipping all competitive emotions of this sort in the bud (not gonna lie, sometimes thoughts "why don't I have it?" pop out in my head too). But if I can impact on someone's success I will do it in any available for me ways (free ways are equally valuable). If someone is talented in some areas and hardworking, this person will success anyway, it's only a matter of time. It's silly to deny and act like "not hearing, not seeing" (but actually keeping an eye on), not supporting. There's room for everyone's success. Nobody steals it from you. Everyone goes on the own path. But why people often spare free things like appreciation and expression of interest, attention and love like it's something material to hoard or you will run out them if you share (tho with money the same). These things need to flow. I don't tell you about spamming, annoying or begging somebody for attention. Appreciation is a genuine act and it doesn't have to be big and loud. Of course, I don't tell about everyone (here's plenty of beautiful souls ). But there are still many people around us who love to show appreciation to only people who have a higher status (especially money related) and ignore talented and good people, or just not be polite and genuinely kind with EVERYone...

In yesterday’s post I asked if you remember when you started journaling and I began to tell when I started, and so to continue the story...⠀ I was now back in California and since most of my belongings were now in France, I didn’t have much to do.. I didn’t have a car, a job, or much money and was back at my parents. I was back for maybe a few months just waiting for my visa to process so I can return back to live with husband. And so one day I found a blank journal at the house and to pass the time I decided to journal. I wrote, did some drawings, and I ended up liking it! I even wrote a little story. When I was finally able to return to France I continued to journal and have much improved, (in my own personal opinion)⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Dans le post d'hier je vous demandais si vous vous rappeliez quand est ce que vous aviez débuter dans le journaling et j'avais commencé à vous raconter mes débuts. Donc pour continuer l'histoire...⠀ J'étais de retour en Californie et comme la plus part de mes affaires étaient resté en France, Je n'avais pas grand chose à faire... Je n'avais plus de voiture, de travail, peu d'argent et j'étais retourné chez mes parents. J'étais de retour pour quelques mois, attendant mon Visa pour que je puisse rejoindre mon mari. Et donc, un jour, j'ai trouvé un journal vierge dans la maison et pour passer le temps j'ai commencé à le remplir. J'écrivais, dessinais et j'ai fini par adorer ça ! J'y ai même écrit une petite histoire.
