Yellow Lion is a 14% Imperial Stout part of the Adjunctron Project from @jwakefieldbeer. Using their amazing stout Engage Thrusters as the base, this beer was aged in Vanilla, Maple, and Double oak bourbon barrels as well as infused with coffee. I really loved all of the stouts in this series but I always have a soft spot for coffee ☕️ What’s your favorite adjunct to add to a stout? Cheers!
