Therefore brands need to be super active in replying to queries and complains. We suggest opting for automation tools and technologies such as Facebook Messenger Chatbots. In future, replying to customer or resolving complains will be even far cheaper than current dates cost with automation.

Yesterday, I had hosted Ask Me Anything on Social Media. This was one of the most asked questions how many hashtags I should use in Instagram Post? So, I thought of posting something on the same.
Instagram allows 30 hashtags. Till the time possible, go for all the thirty. Yes, you never know which hashtag will give you how many additional exposures at what time?
So, take your chances. Use all 30. But use them strategically. If you use all single world hashtags with posts in the billions, it will not help. You should use a right combination of Small, medium and large hashtags.
Small is generally having < 1,00,000 posts
Medium is generally having between 1,00,000 to 5,00,000 posts
Large is generally having more than 5,00,000 posts
Remember to use various length hashtags. Always go for a good mixture of 2 word hashtags, 3 word hashtags and 3+ word hashtags. Don’t depend on 1 word hashtag too much.
