WHY DO MOST DISTRIBUTORS WHO SWITCH COMPANIES FAIL?
It isn't why most people think ... ♂️ I don't believe the main reason is because one's credibility is lowered although that can be a major factor if someone switches companies often.
Most distributors who switch companies switch with a sense of ENTITLEMENT.
They think that since they have "put in their time," it should translate into their new company.
They look for short cuts and hope to use their previous credibility to hit home runs rather than build daily in the trenches.
They target other leaders hoping that they do the work for them. They bank on luck ♂️ The Second Reason is BURNOUT!
Third Reason ... Switched for the wrong reasons.
Hopefully you have found your company and don't ever need to switch.
If you ever switch companies your skills will have probably grown but that doesn't mean you can cheat success.
You can't take shortcuts. It is like climbing Mount Everest all over again.
You get smarter and better but it still takes ALL OUT MASSIVE ACTION!!!

Time and time again God ceases to amaze me. As leaders, I know it can be tough to let go and release things into his care at times.
It could be a project or a goal you are deeply invested in and care a great deal about. I totally get it.
I don’t know about you, but it’s a daily struggle me. Recently, I was trying to wrap up a project and it seemed I had done all I could but there wasn’t any resolution.
In that moment, all I could do was release it and say God if this is gonna happen it’s gonna have to be because of You.
And wouldn’t you know it, the next day there was resolved.
.
I think that’s the point. Let’s do our part to the best of our abilities and let God do His thing. ‘Cause man He’s so faithful in doing His part.
When was a time you experienced God providing for you in a situation?
Crafting relationships with tribal leaders in rural Afghanistan taught me the importance of relationships in business.
•
12 man Special Forces Teams are tasked with inserting into rural areas and immersing within the indigenous population.
•
These populations are usually very different than we are and live in the most conflict riddled places on the planet.
•
We often find ourselves leading people who are skeptical and reluctant to follow us.
•
Over time this evolves— we build rapport and become an invaluable asset to the tribes.
•
Takeaway: Build rapport and increase value. It’s a basic human emotion to let people in who care and provide value.
