Strati di pan di spagna con bagna allo zenzero, crema semifreddo al limone, crumble di amaretti e zenzero fresco e glassa gialla.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Il problema è che sono molte preparazioni e la ricetta è così lunga che non entra nel limite dei caratteri del post di Instagram ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Beh visto che ormai l'ho fatta la posto comunque per fare colore. Come a Cannes: fuori concorso ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

EDIT: ho deciso comunque di descrivere almeno gli ingredienti e l'assemblaggio
Ingredienti per un anello da 22cm: ▶️ 2 dischi di pan di spagna da 22cm circa
▶️ base semifreddo al limone (250g crema pasticcera al limone, 300g panna montata, 150g meringa all'italiana)
▶️ crumble amaretti e zenzero fresco
▶️ bagna allo zenzero
▶️ glassa gialla
Assemblaggio:
Rivestire l'interno di un anello da pasticceria da 22 cm con il nastro acetato. Appoggiare l'anello su u disco rigido. Inserire il primo disco di pan di spagna e inumidirlo con la bagna allo zenzero. Versare parte della crema semifreddo fino a coprire completamente il disco. Distribuire sopra il crumble di amaretti e zenzero. Appoggiare il secondo disco di pan di spagna premendo leggermente. Ripetere l'azione della bagna. Versare la crema rimanente e livellare con una spatola.
Mettere nel congelatore finché non è del tutto congelato (almeno 3 ore).
Con l'aiuto della fiamma di un cannello caramellizzatore (o in alternativa strofinando con le mani) sformare la torta e rimuovere il nastro.
Tenere la torta in freezer finché la glassa non è pronta.
Una volta che la glassa ha raggiunto i 30° versarla uniformemente sulla torta. Rimettere in congelatore per stabilizzare la glassa. Si conserva in congelatore e va tolto circa 30 minuti prima di essere servito.

Wręcz przeciwnie to deser idealny na taką pogodę!
Lekki, puszysty, rozpływający się w ustach!
A w wersji najprostszej z bitą śmietaną i owocami smakuje wręcz wybornie!

SOME THOUGHTS
I know my food pictures are pretty, but sometimes they do not express what veganism stands for. In this moment there are so many animals caught in a system of brutality, suffering and death . Animal cruelty happens behind thick walls and sometimes I feel so small and powerless standing here with my little instagram account telling people to eat more plants . I love cooking and baking vegan treats to show people that veganism is the best thing ever. Because it’s the only way to stop that nightmare. Maybe I haven’t said it enough in the last time. So I say it now - I‘M VEGAN FOR THE ANIMALS and it breaks my to know that there’s no end in sight for their suffering . There are so many vegan options today - feel free to try and like them

Such fun to look on my Facebook today and see a picture of my graduation from the first semester at @lecordonbleuparis from 6 years ago! (In my stories) Then to see this picture of the very first pastry class in Versailles just 2 months ago. Oh the paths we take! I had no idea that quitting my 9 to 5 job and following my passion would lead to this. And what a wonderful thing it is ☺️☺️ Another fun class in the morning with a family with twin girls. Doživela sam na Čalabrc festu da vidim svojim očima kako ljudi poslednje parčiće tarta dele jedni sa drugima, zalogaj po zalogaj do poslednjeg, samo da podele užitak i vrate se da mi prenesu oduševljenje. Tokom ove dve godine bilo je i uspešnih i neuspešnih kombinacija novih recepata, ali ovaj je definitivno pun pogodak iako je nastao sasvim neplanski iz znatiželje, i mogu da kažem da sam veoma ponosna na njega. .
