1️⃣beet hummus (recipe in my 1st ecookbook. Click on link in profile)
2️⃣black bean dip: 15 ounce black beans, 2 tbs olive oil, 3 tsp tomato paste, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp lime juice, 3 tbs water (can add more if thinner consistency desired). Blend everything until smooth
3️⃣edamame guacamole (also in my 1st ecookbook)
4️⃣white bean pumpkin dip: 15 ounce cannnelini beans, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, maple syrup (optional). Blend everything until smooth
