to be honest i was a little scared what pregnancy would bring to my journey. afraid it was going to hold me back in ways. but as i’m discovering it hasn’t and if anything it’s given me more reason to continue my routine and this journey that has been life giving in so many ways. ⠀ ⠀ halfway and i have never felt this strong during pregnancy before. there is something amazingly powerful happening in my body right now and it’s been empowering to feel just as strong while my body is working just as hard to grow this precious life. ⠀ ⠀ we are powerful, strong beings that can do hard things. it’s been hard work getting here and the work isn’t done. it never will be. but that is what i find so exciting and beautiful about it. ⠀ ⠀ there’s something truly amazing about the “feeling” you get when all parts are working together to create space for a healthier home from within. there will always be room for growth, change, and getting stronger in ways we may least expect. what’s not to love about that?! ⠀
