This was my First time going over 100lbs Dumbbells on Shoulder Press Something about the 110s weren’t appealing so I jumped up to 120s. My Goal is to get these for 10 reps before attempting 150s on chest press Yes going Heavy does increase your chance of Injury, so there has to be a happy medium when pushing your self. I was able to get 100s for 12-15 Reps before I even thought about going up. But on to the next one, these 120s will eventually feel like Child’s Play.
