The menu @blueprint_cafe isn't particularly lengthy or adventurous but what they do, they execute exceptionally well. They have a daily changing menu of 5 starters and 5 mains depending on the freshest ingredients available at the market on the day. The pictured roast cod had one of the crispiest skin I've ever eaten and just the right amount of tartar sauce to compliment the fish. Whilst the rosemary polenta (2nd pic) might be vegetarian but certainly didnt lack in flavours thanks to the presence of cherry tomatoes and olives. We went along for brunch today but with such a well-executed menu and gorgeous views of Tower Bridge, this is a place to visit anytime of the day.
