My very own Before & After SPINE! . Friends, this is your reminder that you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to Yes, you’ll have to work hard and yes you’ll have ups and downs... But over time consistency will get you there . I can ride a bike for hours, run far, squat heavy and lunge forever... But this - this has been a HUGE challenge for me! My spine was soooo stiff, and I kind of didn’t even realise - until I started yoga... 2 years of practise and x 2 @jedifightclub between shots . Forever grateful that I have found this amazing training form that not only changes you for the better physically but mentally as well

It's in the stillness of the present moment that we encounter the opportunity to tap into our inner wisdom. It's a sweet feeling of merging with the surroundings; when I tap into this space there is always a sense of resilience, of ease and of knowing deep inside that all is as it needs to be. There is no space for anxiety, chaos, or turmoil. The prevailing sense of peace is too good to let anything else interfere with the moment. Until it's lost, but then again you can continue to bring it back. How lucky we are to have endless opportunities to begin again, to have endless opportunities to be here now and feel the underlying peace of existing in the wisdom of a moment. - - this is something I write about because I've tapped into it through practice, but having an agitated mind I often exist in a state of turmoil, practice is essential for me to remember there is the possibility of living in ease. Another rainy day perfect for my humor. I took nala and drove to the beach, that's where I go when I need to clear my mind. This is the first time I get this personal just writing down whatever it passes through my mind. What's the point of that? None, I just find it liberating I think or maybe I just need to convince myself I'm doing the right choice. Not sure about many things right now. Guys life, relationships are a real roller-coaster, one minute you're up and the second after you're down. It took me a while to process my feelings and understand them. Yes I'm single again ‍♀️ Is he the one perfect for me? Am I the one perfect for him? I thought about that many times. I don't think none of us will ever find the perfect person, if you're lucky enough you'll find the perfect match maybe. I've heard many saying that relationships need compromises to work, but what if you don't find compromises anymore or compromises slowly kill you inside. It's so damn hard to get along when you're completely different. It's not fair to ask the person you love to change, it doesn't work that way either. I love him and I think he loves me too and that's why we need to go to different ways. It has no point being togheter unhappy because you can't fulfill each other expectations. I am so damn sure about this, sometimes love is not enough. Am I doing wrong? I don't know and none does. Maybe if he was an asshole it would be easier I don't know, but he's a great guy with a good heart. So after 4 years I'm separating from my love and best friend for each others' happiness. This is the hardest thing I'm doing, I don't know if it will be temporary or permanent, I'm leaving silently without rumor or anger. I'm just thankful for every moment together that made me grown. My life is going to be upside down for a while but fortunately I'm learning to enjoy it so what a perfect picture for it. I promise tomorrow I will smile as always and continue working for my dreams.
