Mm ☕️✨ we’re on day 6 of @thecacaoclub’s cacao immersion and feeling so refreshed by it. My beautiful friend @jordancohayney created this program with the intention to help others get to know Cacao, Ceremony & holding space for yourself and community, in an accessible and light hearted way. She has presented such a huge amount of information and practices incredibly cohesively and I really recommend it to anyone looking to begin a daily ritual with Cacao.

In other cacao news, I think I’ve finally created the most delicious cacao tonic to date.
Here’s the recipe! (serves 1)
1/3 cup warmed @oatly (this milk )
2/3 cup hot water
2 tbsp ceremonial cacao paste (check my link in bio for a range of my favorite sources)
1 tbsp organic cacao powder
1 tsp reishi powder (I love @superfeast)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw local honey or medjool date
pinch of cayenne pepper
PINCH OF SALT (this is the game changer) use a quality Himalayan pink or sea salt.
〰️ blend on high for 15 seconds 〰️
Let me know if you try it and like it x

Hey friends! @edmo_nyc here. Another cacao article is now live through our link in bio This one is about what exactly ceremonial cacao is and what makes it “ceremonial”.
.
I wrote this because even after holding a cacao ceremony with @romanypope every morning for the past two and a half years, we STILL weren't exactly sure what makes ceremonial cacao "ceremonial". What exactly is ceremonial cacao? What is it made from and how is it made? What differentiates it from non-ceremonial cacao pastes or other cacao-based products? And why is it so uniquely potent and essential for ceremony?
These are all questions we couldn't confidently answer... Soooo I decided to do a bit of research and write an article about the topic because I get the feeling that there's a lot of us out there that aren't sure either. Either way, I learned a lot from it and I hope you find it helpful too.
As you know, we love nerding out about cacao, so if you have any questions or any ideas for future articles, please get in touch.
My pals! It's been a long time coming but I FINALLY published my first article about cacao ceremonies. This one is titled "How To Hold A Cacao Ceremony For Yourself" and you can read it through my link in bio! It shows you every single step of the cacao ceremony method Rom and I practice every morning as well as a few sweet words about what cacao ceremony is for me and how it can help you (Us). Seriously, more than any other project or interest, ceremonial cacao is the topic that I'm most deeply passionate about in life (apart from my wife @romanypope, of course). It's truly changed me as well as Rom and I's relationship in a magical way.
If this all sounds weird to you, don't worry, it did for me too before I tried it. If you read the article you'll see that it's a very simple, approachable, and loving mindfulness practice aided by a beautiful plant. Everyone can do it. Just try it. It might do nothing for you, but it might also change your life.
Hope you like it and please let me know what you think or if you have any cacao-related questions. There's nothing I like to nerd out about more than cacao. I'm serious.
Hey friends! @edmo_nyc here It's been a long time coming but we FINALLY published the first article about our cacao ceremony practice. This one is titled "How To Hold A Simple Cacao Ceremony For Yourself" and you can read it through our link in bio! It shows you every step of the method we practice every morning, as well as a few sweet words about what cacao ceremony is and how it helps us.
We hope this helps you in your journey — please let us know if you try it out (by yourself or with your partner!) We’d LOVE to hear about your experience using this structure. Either way, thank you as always for your support. We can’t wait to share more with you
Love should never be conditional, so why do we expect people to live up to our own standards and expectations
Love is accepting someone for who they are, with all their Imperfections and flaws
So next time you have a go at your partner for not doing things how you want, look in their eyes, connect to their soul and remember why you love them
All the other crap will slip away, as it's just not that important
Love is not perfect because we are not perfect. Love each other anyway ❤️
