You wouldn’t just arrive on your wedding day expecting everything to go smoothly without any planning or preparation right? I really believe that preparation is key in achieving a positive birth experience. Sure, we can’t control exactly how our birth will go, but we can definitely put ourselves in the best position to achieve what we want. I think that the idea of ‘going with the flow’ can be really dangerous if you’re not aware of your options or have the knowledge to advocate for yourself and your baby. As Amanda from @nestyogaadelaide says so well - who’s ‘flow’ will you be going with? Yours or your doctor/hospitals? Most likely it will be the latter. There is almost always a financial investment in order to get the best support, but think about how much money we spend on our wedding day. The day that you give birth is one of, if not the biggest day in your life. Not just for us but for our babies too. I believe this also extends into the postnatal period - I would much rather see my clients invest in independent childbirth education and excellent postnatal support than the most high-tech pram Emotional health and well-being is SO important. Babies don’t need much ‘stuff’, but they do need a mum who is healthy, whole and thriving.

His name's are a testimony of Jesus, Harland was a name God gave me one day and He told me to find it's meaning and it's unusual, uncommon & we LOVE it . Ari'el was a searched name, we wanted a name that meant Lion because since we started this process God has been revealing himself to me as the Lion of God, when we were matched I felt more certain it had to be a name that meant Lion, some Google later and a website for traditional Hebrew names and we were settled on it the moment we saw it meant "Lion of God" . This Little Boy has a Steady Strong personality and already the promises of God are poured out over His Life. We know, as the vision God gave me, this little boy will take ground for the Kingdom, He will make barren places blossom with the Redeemer of All Things beside Him!
