Because it’s in our best interest, and those we #love, to take good care of it. A #mental illness can happen to absolutely anyone, but our #HEALTH and #FITNESS both mentally and physically is happening right. this. second. We need to train it to stay afloat. -
I LOVE physical health - pushing my body, getting it to the best version of itself (while still enjoying chockie teehee) But I also apply this when I talk about my mind. Because it’s the bloody same thing, the difference is it has a damaging social stigma attached to it. The brain is a PHYSICAL organ, and its ‘muscles’ are pathways created in our brain that govern how we act and feel. These pathways do not stop creating/growing/learning/changing until the second you die. Your brain is constantly active, you have the power to survive all your worst days, best days, and learn to make your good ones EVEN better. -
Even if life is good, ask if you’re satisfied? Are you feeling fit and ready? How can you be even better? If you’re on the path of #happiness here is my top tip - be KIND. It is scientifically proven that one random act of kindness a week for 6 weeks increases our #happiness level. Give a compliment, give someone your seat, look up and say good morning. Attitude drives #attitude. -
