That was a corner I saw when I selected my glass and portion size in this smoky cocktail, which features chiles and fresh pineapple in a fairly straightforward margarita riff.
Spicy Pineapple Mezcal-rita
2 1/4 oz mezcal (@delmagueymezcal Vida)
3/4 oz chile liqueur (@anchoreyes)
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz agave syrup
dash orange bitters (@bittercube)
few drops saline
sliced hot chiles and a few chunks fresh pineapple, muddled
