So by now everyone is familiar with the importance of diet and training when it comes to building muscle and burning fat. Another key aspect is motivation. Your diet and training are crucial but if you half ass your sessions do to lack of motivation then the results won't come. So here is 3 very neglected tips for motivation.
1 Alternate gyms. If you are training at the same gym at the same time, using the same machines and seeing the same people, you will get bored. Boredom will cause you not to feel excited which will force you to quit sooner. The top fitness athletes in the world travel to various gyms to avoid this. The psychological effects of changing up your gym is mind blowing.
2. Change your music playlist. You agree that your motivation and ability to push is heavily based on music right? So why listen to the same 20 songs for a year. I rotate my music playlist every month.
3 change your preworkout. I alternate between @axislabs Smashcompound 5 and Energized N'Gage Aminos. Regardless of who you are, your body will adapt to your preworkout and you won't get the same jolt of energy and mental focus as when you started.
So try these 3 tips. If your diet is in check then training is the next big thing. Tag a friend who can benefit from this
Check out this mask I am flying with today. What do you think or To be honest, I hate it. My respect goes out to the fighter pilots who wear an oxygen mask on a daily basis. It's the most uncomfortable feeling in the world.
Here is a very little known fact about me. I am terrified of heights. So your next question is "how the hell are you a pilot?" Well, I came to the conclusion that I am not scared of heights, it's more a fear of ledges, cliffs, and anything that I can fall from. Funny thing is prior to flight school in 2009 I took flight lessons in a Cessna 172 to ensure it wasn't a real fear. Obviously I didn't want to show up to the flight school and punk out. But I flew completely fine. So flying has never been an issue. But don't ever ask me to go on a ladder . Is there anyone else that have this problem or am I just weird?
