This is an energetic universe. The universe is a mirror that reflects back to you whatever matches your vibration.
Your vibration is made up of your Thoughts, Beliefs, Feelings, Intentions, Decisions, and Actions. Breaking it down further… your beliefs are thoughts that you keep thinking. Beliefs are so important.
They matter because if you were to shift your core beliefs, you would change your feelings about the situation and thus your intentions, decisions, and actions will also adjust.
Simply said…If you don’t like the life you are living right now, choose new beliefs.
7 STEP BELIEF AWARENESS JOURNAL EXERCISE
1) PICK SOMETHING YOU ARE MANIFESTING
2) WRITE THE FIRST FIVE BELIEFS THAT COME TO MIND ABOUT YOUR SITUATION
3) NOW WRITE AT LEAST TWO PARAGRAPHS ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT HAVING WHAT YOU ARE MANIFESTING NOW
4) NOW REVIEW YOUR LIST OF BELIEFS AND COMPARE THEM TO THE DREAM, DO THEY ALIGN?
5) NOW ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS
6) WRITE DOWN YOUR BELIEFS THAT SUPPORT THAT VISION
7) GOING FORWARD, FEEL & READ THESE BELIEFS ALOUD DAILY

First thing first! Remember this acronym "VIS" when it comes to CREATING CONTENT

The "V" stands for VALUABLE
The "I" stands for INTENTIONAL
The "S" stands for SHAREABLE ⠀

These are a must before you hit that SHARE button to post! Always ask yourself, "Does this piece of content pass the VIS score?"
⠀
Now, for the 3 Ways To Standout As An Online Fitness Coach With Your Content after knowing you have the "VIS Score" down

1. Don’t be afraid to put out ELEMENTARY CONTENT.
Your trying to impress your buyers and customers not your peers and colleagues. It's ok to keep your content simple, easy to digest, and use layman terms.

2. Search the most common fitness questions and create content around them. ⠀
⠀
For example there are millions of people out there that don't know what a Protein, Carb, and Fat Source are or how to do a simple exercise movement. Stick to simple questions that need to be answered and teach them. Be the problem solver

3. Content should be 80% PROMOTION and 20% CREATION. ⠀
⠀
If you are taking time to create content that is VALUE ABLE, INTENTIONAL, AND SHAREABLE then make sure it is seen! Too many people make the mistake of just creating content without ever really promoting it and I mean really promoting it to get eyeballs on it.

How To Manifest More Time
NOT ENOUGH TIME? THAT IS JUST YOUR BS STORY
Not enough time? That is just your BS story. I know because it used to be mine.
1) You are probably saying things like….I have so much to do. How can I have more time?
2) Maybe you are thinking things like….I need to be more organized. How can I get more done?
3) Or I wish there was more time in the day
Have you EVER felt like this way?
My guess is yes.
I remember a while ago I was going through a time when I felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day. I was working over 100 hours a week.
But I did the following 5 Things and EVERYTHING Changed
5 STEPS I TOOK TO MANIFEST MORE TIME
STEP 1: DECIDED
STEP 2: CHANGED MY FOCUS
STEP 3: DETERMINED HOW I WANTED TO FEEL
STEP 4: FELT THE FEELING OFTEN
STEP 5: EMBODIED THE FEELING
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
Two weeks later I manifested 5 more days of vacation!
I found out that there was a new policy. People at my level NOW received 3 weeks of vacation vs. the 2 weeks I thought I had. Isn’t that awesome!!! Not only that… but my work started to feel lighter. I began to have more and more free time. Things started falling into place. The work got done without me having to “do” anything.
LOOK…It really wasn’t about getting more time so that I could “do” more. I aligned with the vibration of ease and having tons of free time and I manifested 1) More Vacation (everyone wants that) & 2) Way more ease.
