Some day when I get fed up of humans I will move into a little jungle hut just like this one But all jokes aside, my recent stay in North Bali at the @mundukmodingplantation was absolutely memorable - they have a big focus on sustainability, being environmentally friendly and giving back to the local community. They try their best to provide jobs to the people living in this fairly remote area of the island where there’s not too many other job opportunities... Every employee that I asked where they were from, told me that they’re from a village right next to the hotel and grateful that they found a job that allows them to be so close to their family instead of having to move away for work, honestly made me so happy❤️ The food that they make is from ingredients grown in their own plantation- all organic (I got to taste some strawberries that I picked myself right in the garden☺️). On top of that they have zero plastic and pretty much no waste. Travel can be such a great way to support locals and be environmentally friendly if you choose to, and it doesn’t even have to be at a high end accommodation - choose what you consume, how you travel, decline plastic and try to support local businesses by doing your research online first. wishing you all a great day wherever you might be❤️

Magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that, you can make anything happen. - This morning we woke up above the clouds, hidden away amongst the mountains of North Bali. To say this place is heaven is an understatement. Жилье есть на любой вкус и кошелёк, от дешёвого за 5$, отличных бюджетных отелей за 30 - 50$ с бассейном и завтраком (в таких мы останавливались в основном), отличных не бюджетных за 250$ (на фото) и до...1000$ - 3000$ Еда на Бали рассчитана на любого потребителя: вегана, мясоеда, любителей остренького или привычных бургеров. Питаться можно в дешевых варунгах за 3$, а можно за 6$ кушать тунец, авокадо или смузи боулы. Однажды мы сделали себе праздник и поужинали за 120$ на двоих австралийскими стейками и шампанским. Транспорт общественный практически отсутствует. Прокат авто от 20$\день, байк от 4$. 1л бензина (на заправке) - 70 центов. Цены на такси между туристическими районами и аэропортом как правило фиксированные, например, из Убуда в аэропорт - 25$. Дешевле через приложения, но я уже писала, какие бывают с этим нюансы. Развлечения. Урок серфинга от 30$ за один урок. Дегустация кофе и чая - бесплатно, дегустация кофе Luwak - 3,50$ за чашечку. Достопримечательности. Водопады - 1$, Храм Ulun Danau Beratan - 3,5$, садово-парковый комплекс Tirta Gangga - 2,20$, некоторые пляжи 1,5$ - 2$, храм Uluwatu - 2$. Цены в магазинах. Местное пиво - 2$, помидоры 60 центов/кг, оругцы 50 центов/кг, хлеб - 50 центов, макароны 1$, бананы 1,5$, яйца 1,10$, цены на фрукты зависят от сезона, мы купили у уличных торговцев полный пакет с мангостинами, салаками, драконим фруктом, питайей за 5$. Билеты Киев-Бали-Киев на ДВОИХ - 1050$. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Бали контрастный, в целом достаточно не дорогой и подойдёт для путешествий с разным бюджетом. Мы старались адекватно оценивать цену/качество, на чем то экономили, а где-то позволяли себе немного больше. Сума ниже не означает, что каждый путешествующий на Бали тратит именно столько. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Итоговая цена поездки на месяц по Бали на ДВОИХ - около 4тыс.$ (С перелетом). Исландия была дороже ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ P.S. не тур, я сама занимаюсь подбором билетов, жилья, решаю куда и когда ехать. Экскурсий не брали. Кроме Бали два дня были на острове Гили Мено. #berk_bali

Место, где природа создаёт искусство. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Это @mundukmodingplantation - лучший Eco Luxury Resort Индонезии (2016 год), а бассейн на фото вошёл в ТОП-10 инфинити бассейнов мира в 2014 году. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Я хочу посвятить ему отдельную запись потому, что это был наш лучший отель на Бали, и один из лучших отелей за всю историю моих путешествий. Мы жили в вилле по среди джунглей, смогли наконец-то выспаться и расслабиться, персонал внимательно выполнял все наши просьбы, а балийский массаж в спа центре...ммм⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @mundukmodingplantation - замечательное место для уединения, обретения спокойствия и душевного равновесия, но не скучный, там есть много активностей (бильярд, прогулка по кофейным плантациям, спортивный зал, теннис, велосипедные маршруты, экскурсии к ближайшим достопримечательностям и т.д.) Думаю однажды мы туда ещё вернёмся. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Где был ваш «самый лучший» отель? #berk_bali
