I was going to write a caption on how much I fell in love with Tanzania, but instead I figured I would share smt perhaps more straight forward useful
_
so here it is:
_
Top 10 reasons to visit Tanzania:
_
1. Meet amazing people
2. Experience the highest peak in Africa
3. Overdose on wildlife viewing and birdlife
4. Dip in crystal clear waters & roll in white sand
5. Explore deep sea, various creatures and the fish
6. There are seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Tanzania (the Serengeti, Selous National
Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Stone Town)
7. The vibe and music which you ll get to enjoy (and learn some dance moves)
8. Immerse in with the Maasai
9. Delve into the history and rich culture
10. Adopt the Hakuna matata philosophy

Little Olivers Camp #Tarangire
Unusual text for me but i feel like rambling about this as I post this photo to put you in context.
_
Lately, I have been getting anxious at the idea of being in the deep sea.
_
For long I have swam, snorkeled, and dove without any issue, and no incident ever happened or anything that would spark this anxiety or fear.
But for some reason, it was there without knowing why really
_
So anyways, as we were getting ready to dive this day, I felt and aknowledged the fact that I was feeling fear.
_
But I also kept in mind that I did not really have a reason to (Besides the unsual meeting a hungry shark)
_
Took a deep breath, accepted the fact that I felt fear (there is no shame in that) and went for it anyways.
_
I am sure you know where this is going. I had one of the best dives ever. I embraced the uncomfortable, the unkown, I eased myself into it and I allowed my fear to transition into curiosity.
_
Point is, its okay to feel fear, its human. It s not to be associated with shame or low personality.
_
In Fact, most of the things I do as far as skydiving and all involve a feeling of fear to a degree but what I ve learnt is to treat it like an emotion that sharpens me.
_
Because if you want to conquer your fears, you need to stop sitting and thinking about them and feeding them.
_
Fear it, but go out and do it anyways what is something you fear but want to do badly?
_
It was tough, but we sturdy (this my energy plug when I need to recharge) _
_
Also, you can see our rock pyramid on the back, can you! Ill show u how he climbed that rock a few times to set it up
_
So yea, we made our own, so if you ever climb kili and visit Zebra Rock, you can hike to the top of it and see our rocks balancing❤️ _
_
Update: we are now doing a Safari then heading to Zanzi but I will finish sharing Kili diaries before sharing the rest with you all my frens! Are you enjoying the kilimanjaro stories #KiliDiaries
good vibes from Jamaa Lafna Square ❤

Highest free standing mountain in the world and highest point of Africa ! 5895m above sea level!
This was easily the hardest thing I ve ever done (summit night) but it was well worth it this mountain taught me a lot more about myself and challenged me in ways I did not imagine.
A few lessons from Kili, insta style:
1. Your biggest competition lies inside your head
2. Most (not to say all) limits are self-imposed
3. Pole pole : meaning « slowly, slowly » or one step at a time; on the mountain or in life, keep going pole pole and you will get there eventually
4. Personal victories are satisfying. Shared victories are supreme. I had the best partner and support system by my side to share these moments with
5. Expect the best, be prepared for the worse. Always.
6. Hakuna matata : no worries
7. Take time to stop and appreciate the beauty around you. You can focus on goals and still enjoy every part of the journey
8. Showering is underrated (Pics of the different stops in the camps, Gillmans point and Uhuru)
